Terese Brittingham

For more than three decades, Terese Brittingham has built her career around a simple belief: real estate is ultimately about people, relationships and the communities we call home.

A REALTOR® since 1993, Terese is a Broker/Owner with Keller Williams Realty Group in Pennsylvania and Keller Williams Realty Group AC in New Jersey. Over the course of her career, she has helped thousands of families, agents and real estate professionals achieve their goals while building businesses centered on leadership, education, collaboration and giving back.

Terese’s passion extends well beyond selling real estate. She is deeply committed to developing the next generation of real estate professionals and has spent decades coaching, training and mentoring agents at every stage of their careers. She is also actively involved in REALTOR® leadership and advocacy at the local, state and national levels, working to strengthen the real estate profession, protect property rights and ensure REALTORS® have a voice in the issues affecting their businesses and communities.

As a host of The American Dream TV, Terese shares the people, places, businesses and stories that make our communities special. She is also the host of Real Estate Real Answers, where she brings candid conversations, education and practical advice to real estate professionals and consumers.

One of the most meaningful chapters of Terese’s life began outside of real estate with champion Thoroughbred Afleet Alex. The remarkable journey of Afleet Alex, winner of the Preakness and Belmont Stakes, brought Terese and her family into a national spotlight and created a lasting connection with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. What began during Afleet Alex’s historic racing career grew into a commitment to helping children and families affected by childhood cancer that continues today.

Community service has remained an important part of Terese’s life. Her involvement has included charitable organizations, business and community leadership, REALTOR® organizations, RPAC and industry advocacy, as well as service on the Board of Steel River Playhouse.

Despite the accomplishments, awards and opportunities that have come throughout her career, Terese considers her most important roles to be the ones that don’t come with a title.

She is a wife, mother, daughter and proud grandmother “Mom-Mom”  and family remains at the center of her life. Whether she is running a business, mentoring an agent, advocating for the real estate industry, filming a television segment, spending a day at the racetrack or simply being Mom-Mom, Terese believes success means very little unless you can share it with the people you love.

Her story is one of entrepreneurship, perseverance, leadership, family and giving back; and after more than 30 years in business, she remains just as passionate about what’s next as she was when she began.

Real estate may be Terese’s profession, but helping people build better lives is her purpose.
